In the Fall of 1997, Pulaski made the corporate decision to focus exclusively on their core products of mid-priced merchandise and sold CRAFTIQUE to two industry veterans: John Erwin and Craig Shoemaker. Returning CRAFTIQUE back to private ownership, Erwin and Shoemaker (along with their wives Mary and Jane) are re-capturing the pride, craftsmanship and family-oriented environment so prevalent under L. P. Best. Continuing to promote the high quality mahogany position, the CRAFTIQUE of today also focuses on providing exceptionally short lead-times from production to the end consumer.
