I would like to give you some positive feedback on one of your sales associates, Jeanne Hunsberger. I have been searching for some discontinued furniutre, which we all know is no picinic. I sent out e-mails and made phone calls to numerous companies in North Carolina, but very few of them have even gotten around to returning my phone calls, or even willing to look into my furniture needs. Jeanne was the first person to call me back, and has answered every question I have asked (Which is alot), and gotten back to me in a very timely manner every time. Jeanne has been extremely helpful and patient in assisting me to find what I'm looking for. She is the most prompt, patient, honest, and helpful sales person I have ever worked with. I really appreciate her style. She has excellent customer service skills, and customers appreciate that! I definately plan to continue using her to buy more of my furniture and refer her to friends that need furniture.

In case you have not heard yet, the wrong night stand got loaded onto the truck, but Larry assured us that he would be back in the next couple weeks and would deliver it at that time. The boys just left after delivering the 2 Lexington commodes for the Master Bedroom. They-Look-Great! And you're great too. This was on of the most pleasantly, "uneventful", purchase and delivery experiences I've ever had. (The other one was a purchase and delivery from, Room and Board/Retrospect, her in Chicago. I'll have to tell you that story sometime.) from dealing with the major NC furniture website, to speaking to you on the phone, to the delivery of the 2 pieces, one couldn't have scripted a better scenario. I would absolutely do business with you again without hesitation. The timely manner in which I was kept informed of the status of this transaction, by everyone in, and associated with your company was truly professional. I tipped the delivery crew for a fine job and I wish I could tip you as well. If you lived nearby I would certainly buy you a great lunch.
