Just wanted to thank you for all your assistance with the chairs, the table and everything else you looked into for me. The chairs are larger than life and are right at home with my Century sofa. The little side table I picked out for bedroom looks like it has always been with the antique chair. The movers showed up a day early and were able to make me their last stop for the night which actually worked out great as well. Very pleased with everything. Thank you for all your help.

Hi Beth,
Received the furniture yesterday. Looks great. 2 very minor details. Couple of little places on the Hooker stuff, so minor was wondering if I could get one of the marking pens to match that color. I can touch up myself, so minor. Other thing was one of the screws for the knobs on Bassett piece was much shorter than the others. It is attached, but not as well as the others was wondering if I could get a new screw.

As I said, very minor and not a big deal. Reliable was on time very pleased with everything. Meant to email last night, but was so tired forgot. Thanks again.

Just wanted to let you know that the leather couch and recliner finally was redelivered the other day. All was absolutely fine. It took five months to redo and get redelivered but all is great.

I am so glad that I did not accept the couch and recliner back the beginning of last December as now that the new furniture came in I can see how the leather really should be. It again reconfirms that I was correct in sending the first delivery back to you as the leather was defective and these pieces needed to be replaced.

I wanted you to know that we will continue to order our furniture through Elite. I felt it was important to let you know we were happy that the right thing was done and thank you and Maragret for your help. I realize that you must have many customers that complain, so I felt it was equally as important to let you know that we were happy about the redelivered furniture.

Mrs. Zirkel ordered her Kincaid Dining Room on Tuesday February 23rd and received delivery sometime in the past few days. That's right!!! Delivered in less than 4 weeks!! I would like to give you some positive feedback on one of your sales associates, Jeanne Hunsberger. I have been searching for some discontinued furniutre, which we all know is no picinic. Jeanne was the first person to call me back, and has answered every question I have asked (Which is alot), and gotten back to me in a very timely manner every time. I really appreciate her style. She has excellent customer service skills, and customers appreciate that!
