Elite Interiors & Furniture Gallery will be happy to arrange delivery by one of our "Preferred Carriers". Our Preferred Carriers specialize in the delivery and set-up of new furniture in the customer's home whether it is across the street or across the country.
Once your complete order is received into our warehouse, you will be contacted by Elite Interiors to confirm the final balance payment option you have chosen, and to inform you that your order is being released to our Preferred Carrier for scheduling within the next two to three weeks. Our Preferred Carrier will contact you about a week in advance advising you of the specific day they plan to make the delivery. They will also provide you with a two to four hour time window for the day of delivery.
Please be Prepared on Delivery Day:
It is the customer’s responsibility to have the delivery area prepared beforehand. Please have doors, hallways and rooms cleared prior to the delivery driver’s arrival time.
Our Preferred Carrier will provide two (2) qualified delivery persons upon delivery. They will be able to handle most items themselves; however, in the case of larger items that exceed 250 lbs., the customer must provide adequate assistance to the delivery persons for these items. Items that turn out to be too large to fit in the customer's home, for any reason, will be left in an alternate location at the customer's address. Furniture manufacturers will not accept returns, so please make sure that all items will fit before ordering. This includes the intended location of the items and also any doorways, hallways, stairways or elevators leading into the intended location.
Most items will be delivered in the same packaging materials in which the manufacturer shipped them. After delivery and set-up of your new furniture, the delivery persons will break down the shipping materials into a manageable size and leave them in a location of the customer's choosing at the customer's address.
Completion of Delivery:
Upon the completion of the delivery, the customer will be asked to sign the itemized Bill of Lading. This insures that all items were delivered and in good condition. Any damaged items must be noted on the Bill of Lading. Elite Interiors & Furniture Gallery cannot assume any liability for damages or claims that are not documented on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
